To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition 
• In original packaging with all accessories included 
• Sealed (unopened) where applicable 

⚠️ Important:
Due to the nature of many of our products (e.g., rubbers, balls, sealed equipment), items are NOT eligible for return or refund once the original sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are defective.

3. Acceptable Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received 
• Item damaged during shipping 
• Product defect or quality issue 
• Missing items in the package 

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind (for opened items) 
• Normal wear and tear 
• Improper use or handling 

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support within the return window. 
2. Provide: 
   • Order number 
   • Description of the issue 
   • Clear photos or videos (if damaged/defective) 

1. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending the item back. 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping. 
• For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. 

6. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. 
• If approved: 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on payment provider) 

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products (unless defective) 
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable) 
• Products damaged due to misuse 

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
